***A video recording of the CCD Image will be emailed to you prior to the completion of the order for you to validate that you are happy with the condition of the CCD before it is shipped.
The CCD image has been stringently tested and inspected and has a good image. A video will be emailed to you prior to the completion of the order for you to validate the condition. The wire harness length has been measured to meet minimum length requirements for this model. The Objective Stack has been fully inspected and is in good working condition.

Return Disclosure: In the case that you are not satisfied with the CCD Image, to claim a return, you must please notify ENDOCORP before the end of the second business day (48 hours) after receiving the CCD. Due to the sensitive nature of the CCD, return claims requested after two business days will not be guaranteed.
ESD Disclosure: Please notify ENDOCORP within 48 hours of receipt if there are any issues with the CCD Image. The CCD can be damaged by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and must be evaluated prior to installation onto the endoscope. Damage due to installation or inappropriate handling, will void any return warranty claims.
